The new 3.5km Changi Airport Connector passes through East Coast Park where you can enjoy idyllic views of the sea. You can also cycle all the way to Marina Bay or even as far as to Coney Island or Jurong Lake Gardens as it's linked to Singapore's Park Connector Network.
Rental of bicycles and safety gear is available at GoCycling which is located near Changi Terminal 4. Return them at the GoCycling outlet at East Coast Park or at any of their 8 outlets. Rates start from $6/hour for child bicycles and $8/hour for adult bicycles.
Prepare to stop and take some IG stories at Jurassic Mile. This 1km path has permanent installations of over 20 majestic, life-sized dinosaurs including the Brontosaurus and T-Rex.
There are also information panels for you to learn more about the various species as well as wildlife-style music and dinosaur roaring sound effects that makes it feel like you're at a theme park.
While you're free to visit on weekdays anytime, reservations are required on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays between 9am to 12am from 16 October to 3 Jan. Visitors are allowed to stay for up to one hour within the exhibit. You can book a time slot here: playpass.changiairport.com or via the iChangi mobile app.
If you need a break and a bite, there's a new gorgeous glasshouse cafe surrounded by a lush tropical landscape with alfresco dining options. Located right outside Terminal 2, HUB & SPOKE Café has Insta-worthy spots from the colonial-style interior to three green walls outside the cafe.
The menu has a mix of Western and local cuisine as well as bubble tea like their Signature Taro Milk Tea ($4.20) and Gula Melaka Avocado Shake ($4.90).
There are also shower facilities you can use for a nominal fee ($3 for one-time entry, $5 for two-time entry).
