The peach emoji is the new universal symbol of #fitnessgoals, and by that, we mean a round, perky butt - if you haven’t already guessed from its shape which resembles a human derriere ?
Even if you’re a busy lady with 101 things on your schedule, surely you can carve out 5 minutes of your day to achieve that peachy bottom. Here are 7 quick 5-minute booty workouts that you can attempt at home, one for each day of the week. No equipment is required, so no excuses!

#1: Slow and easy, suitable for beginners - Sami Clarke
Beginners can try this slow and non-intimidating workout by Sami Clarke. It focuses on good technique and strength building at a comfortable pace, instead of trying to squeeze the most reps in in a certain amount of time.
Involving just 3 types of kicks over 10 30-second segments, this fuss-free workout won’t take up too much of your brain space. It’s a great starting point for first-timers, before moving on to more complex sessions.
#2: To tone the “under butt” - Bailey Brown
This workout by Bailey Brown is meant to help shape up your butt, particularly the “under butt” area where the hamstring meets the buttocks - or so she calls, the “smiley line”. She explains everything she’s doing with a cheery smile on her face and her positivity is infections.
Chill lofi beats coupled with a stunning beach backdrop provide a breath of fresh air and will help make those 5 minutes pass by faster.
#3: Butt workout that won’t bulk up your thighs - Hanna Coleman
Many butt workouts also train the legs, but some of us just want that perky bubble butt, without our thighs becoming overly bulky. That’s where this set of exercises by Hanna Coleman comes in - she specially came up with it as she, too, was looking for a workout that would solely target the glutes.
It’s a completely non-speaking video so you can fully focus on working it sans distractions.
#4: Humorous commentary - Koboko Fitness
Upon first listen, Koboko Fitness sounds like she’s conducting a boot camp - or should we say, booty camp - because of her strong and commanding voice. Don’t let that put you off, though, because her commentary is humorous and she’s super encouraging, almost like a friend.
Some of her golden lines in this video:
- “Today we are becoming ninjas with the warm up”
- After mentioning a more rigorous dumbbell variation of the workout: “Otherwise, do the body weight version, the ‘I like myself’ version, the ‘I’m not here to do the most’ version on the left”
- “I know it’s 45 seconds, I don’t know whose idea this was, let’s just do it
#5: For a round “peach booty” - Love Sweat Fitness
If the peach emoji is your fitness icon, then this peach booty workout by Love Sweat Fitness will be right up your alley. The video host is very chatty - which is great for those who can’t concentrate when left alone in silence.
This workout helps tone your legs too. You can do it just once, or complete 3 sets for a full leg and booty blast, as suggested by her.
#6: Squat workout in a virtual class setting - POPSUGAR Fitness
Like the idea of a group fitness class, but don’t want to spend on hefty gym membership fees? Try this squat workout by POPSUGAR Fitness, which simulates that setting. As each exercise is being demonstrated, an easier modified version is shown simultaneously, giving an alternative option for those who can’t take the full heat.
#7: 10 squat variations for intense calorie burning - Veronica Tudor
Model Veronica Tudor seems to be more famous on Instagram than on YouTube, but that doesn’t mean her fitness videos are any less worthy of a follow. After all, looking at her washboard abs and enviable figure, she must be doing something right!
Featuring 10 variations of the squat, this no-BS workout will give you an intense calorie burn. There’s no talking involved but it’s very easy to follow even without additional explanations.
