The vegan-and-unicorn food account (@Naturally.Jo) is run by Jose, a boy from Peru who turned vegan at the age of 14 and decided that "life too short to eat boring food".
He started to teach himself how to cook and started delving into creating colourful and beautifully-styled cakes, brownies, ice cream, smoothies and toasts~

Of course his diet doesn't just consist of all these desserts. It's just what he's passionate about and also.... to satisfy his sweet tooth!
He's careful about his ingredients though.
As a vegan, he subs in flax eggs ('eggs' that are made of flax seeds and water) for real eggs, cacao powder to replace milk chocolate, replaces oils for butter and almond milk for yoghurt.
Blueberry Cheesecake Topped With Frozen Blueberries & Blackberries
For cheesecakes, Jose would whip up a mix of cashews, frozen banana (also a main ingredient for his ice creams!), agave nectar and coconut oil.
He tries to keep his sweet treats healthier by opting for healthier options; coconut sugar, agave nectar and the natural sugars from fruits.
