If you don't like how unflattering your bulky shoulders and upper back look with more revealing clothes, you can try these four easy yoga moves that will help reduce the size of your back and shoulders.

#1 Reduce your upper body mass

Stand in front of a wall with your feet shoulder length apart. Put your palms up on the wall and let your arms and chest lay flat on the wall. Lift your head up while you put pressure on your chest downwards. Keep this position for 1-3 minutes and feel the stretch on your arms and upper back. This exercise is good for reducing upper body mass in general from your back to your shoulders.

#2 Reduce fats on your arms

Stand next to the wall with your feet together. Extend the arm nearer to the wall backwards so that it forms a 90° angle with your body. Keep pushing your body towards the wall for 30 seconds to 2 minutes and repeat on the other side. This exercise is great for girls with flabby arms.

#3 Reduce shoulder size

Stand in front of the wall, with your back and heel touching the wall. Open your arms out to the side, bending it into a 90 degree angle. Keep your back straight and keep this position for 1 to 3 minutes. This exercise will make your shoulders smaller and less rounded.

#4 Sculpting your back figure

Bend your body into a right angle, put your palms on the wall and lift your head slightly. Stay in this position for 1 to 3 minutes and try not to let your back bend. This exercise helps with girls who tend to hunch their backs and to keep a straight posture.
