4 Simple & Fun Exercises To Do With Your Toddler To Keep Fit And Bond At The Same Time
As a mother, time is more precious than anything else. 24 hours in a day is simply not enough especially with a toddler around. It is hard to find time to do anything else without missing important moments of your child growing up so why not revolve your time around them? Here are some simple and fun exercises to do with your toddler, allowing you to stay fit and not miss out on bonding with them as well!

#1 Tickle Crunch
Lie on the floor with your toddler on your tummy, with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Each time you do a crunch up, tickle your toddler's little tummy for some toning and bonding at the same time.
#2 Swimming
Bring your toddler out to the pool to get them accustomed to the water. Put your todd on a float and push them from one end of the pool to the other while swimming to get some light cardio done!
#3 Mommy and Me Yoga
Tone your body and bond with your kid with some yoga exercises. There are so many mommy and me yoga tips online that you can try with your little one to get in shape such as the knee plank push up kiss where you plank on top of your kids and kiss their nose or forehead as you do a push up!
#4 Dance Time
This is an easy and fun way to do some cardio. Simply put on some music and break out your best dance moves. Your toddler will love this exercise as well!
