Friends gather over a pot of boiling soup while juice-dripping meat and vegetables are steamed above with a lid in between. You will be ingesting good nutritional food despite it being supper time!
Step 1: Choose Your Soup Base
-Pork Rib Lotus Root($18)

Chef's Specialty Paper-wrapped Mala Groupe Fillet ($19.80)
This is the healthier version of traditional fried fish. In fact, a full flavour fish despite being steamed. The flavour is quite strong, a herbal and mild numbing taste. Either you love it or you hate it. It is spicy but manageable for people who can't take spicy food. A true satisfaction in one bite.
