The Coach Restaurant Introduces New York-Style Sunday Prime Rib From A Rolling Trolley
The Coach Restaurant at Jewel Changi Airport amps up the NYC vibes with a new Sunday Prime Rib served every Sunday. It's a nod to the classic tableside service of New York's steakhouses, where the meat is carved and presented from a rolling trolley.
The corn-fed prime beef rib is sourced in partnership with premium local meat purveyor, Butcher Box Singapore, and dry-aged for at least 20 days at The Coach Restaurant.

Through the ageing process, excess fat trimmed from the beef is rendered and infused with smoked corn husks and Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey to create a delicious juice. At the rolling trolley, this sauce poured over the prime rib, before it's finished with a sprinkle of salt and a dollop of mustard.

Priced at $68++ per person, the medium-rare steak is served with a choice of two sides: creamed spinach, smoked butter mashed potatoes, grilled kale and arugula salad, roasted root vegetables, or a baked russet potato cooked in beef fat and topped with Gruyère and cheddar.
