Good news, Miffy fans! Now you can actually visit a Miffy theme park on your next trip to Japan, and all it takes to get there is a 1.5-hour ride from Fukuoka Airport. This whimsical, dreamy zone is the newest addition to Huis Ten Bosch, Japan's largest theme park, located in Nagasaki.

The highlight of the Miffy area is the town square, which features a Dutch village setting inspired by the Netherlands, where Miffy is from. Expect to see plenty of colourful flower patches (including a sea of iconic tulips!), lovely European-style shophouses, windmills and cobbled stone walkways!

There's also a walk-through experience called Miffy’s Dream Storybook, which promises to bring the pages of Miffy’s beloved picture books to life. This indoor attraction is perfect for cute photo ops and those who want a break from the sun or potential rain.

Eat, Shop & Celebrate

Foodies won’t be disappointed: Miffy Wonder Square offers adorable food and drink options like Miffy’s Dream Omelet Rice, crepes shaped and decorated to mirror the beloved bunny herself, and a variety of themed drinks, all perfect for a cute and delicious break!

For fans who want to prolong the magic, Huis Ten Bosch’s hotel options now include Miffy-themed hotel rooms, aptly named 'Miffy Rooms'. These are available at Hotel Amsterdam and have decor inspired by the attractions and characters inside the park.

Just look at the Miffy-fied details in the room — she's all over the bedsheets, tables, chairs, pillows, and even the wall decor. Ugh, it's just so cute! Bonus: guests who stay in Miffy Rooms get a Miffy room key as a memento of their vacay.
