Coach Just Opened A New NYC-Inspired Bar In Singapore With $12 Martinis, Themed Cocktails & Food
Coach remains the it-girl brand thanks to its eco-conscious ethos, cute y2k-inspired designs, and localised touches that speak to gen Zs and millennials. And it's not just the fashion that keeps the brand on our radar, it's also fun new concepts - including food & drinks - that bring the Coach universe to life. The latest addition to the Coach fam? The Coach Bar!
Housed within Coach Play Singapore Shophouse along Keong Saik Road, taking over the former Coach Cafe, The Coach Bar pays homage to the fashion house's New York roots. From the tipples and bar bites to the interiors and music, the bar oozes American vibes with a dash of NYC swagger.

At the heart of the bar is a curated library of cassette tapes, offering a sonic backdrop of 70s soul, 90s hip-hop, funk and deep-cut rarities.

Cocktails at The Coach Bar
The drinks have New York influences too! Aside from the classic wine and bubbles, guests can enjoy personalised Coach Martinis at just $12 each.
If you prefer something fancier, choose from the specially curated list of signature house cocktails.
On the top of our list are Tabby Disco Tea ($22/$16), made with tarragon grey goose vodka , lemonade and rooibos tea, and Grey Goose Espresso Martini ($25), a rich concoction made of grey goose vodka, Mr black amaro, cherry and whipped smoke white chocolate. Like your cocktails light and sweet? Go for Cosmopolitan ($24/$16) which is a Bombay sapphire gin stirred in with raspberry, cranberry peach liqueur and citrus.

Another one we love is the Manhattan ($28), a refreshing, fruity tipple with buffalo trace bourbon, peated scotch, vermouth, picked cherry and flamed orange.
If you’re up for something more adventurous, surprise your palate with the Spicy Margarita Royale ($27) with hints of white chocolate and caviar, or the fizzy Waldorf Highball ($20/$16) that has a fruity and leafy aftertaste.

Each drink has little Coach elements, like the ice cubes with embossed 'C' patterns or C-shaped fruit toppings.
Food at The Coach Bar
On the food menu are elevated American bar classics designed for sharing and crafted to complement the drinks.
Start with comfort food - Pastrami Poppers ($16)! These arancini are stuffed with pastrami, gruyere and mozzarella, then topped with housemade sauerkraut and dijon mustard.

Or channel your inner New Yorker grabbing street food and order yourself the Silver Service Hot Dog ($30). It’s a much bougie-er version that has a wagyu beef hot dog with sweet pickle relish, dijon mustard and sauerkraut.

When in doubt, you can’t go wrong with a Grilled Cheese Sandwich ($23). The Coach Bar’s rendition is surprisingly well-priced and tastes as good as it looks. Between the crisp bread slides are American cheddar, gruyere, extra sharp cheddar. Pairing with it is a side of tomato soup.

If you’re in the mood to splurge, The Coach Bar has you covered with luxe menu items like Coach Caviar on potato chips ($15), Caviar on tartare ($100) and even an entire 30g tin of Caviar ($100).
