Has severe RBF but is fairly jolly and carefree on the inside. Degree of life satisfaction is heavily influenced by food.

If you like all things sparkly and pretty on Instagram, homegrown jewellery brand Mondays Made might have made its way to your algorithm. With a li'l help from the power of social media, this 2-year-old label has amassed a dedicated fan base who appreciates the demi-fine jewellery that's whimsical, thoughtfully designed and well-priced to boot. Naturally, the previously online-exclusive Mondays Made has made the next step and opened its first store at The Centrepoint.

Its name is a nod to its creation, when its two founders, Sheaufen Tay and Sharlyn Koh, would spend their Monday nights brainstorming ideas for the brand - a project that chased away the Monday blues each week.

Nestled in a cosy nook at Level 1, the Mondays Made store is decked in florals and its soothing colour palette of lilac, pink and sage green. On display is the brand's full repertoire of jewellery, with new collections dropping every month. From feminine and princess-worthy to whimsical and minimalist, there will be something that fits every girle's aesthetic.

Among all the beautiful pieces, the first that stood out was the Carved Sunflower Necklace ($109) and it's no wonder as it's Mondays Made's best-selling piece of all time. The delicate sunflower-shaped pendant is made of three different gemstones which gives it an eye-catching, multi-dimensional gleam. The "flower petals" are mother of pearl, which surrounds a smoky quartz gem, and sits on a 18k gold vermeil base with diopside "leaves".

The brand's ring bands, chains and other base components are also composed of 18k gold vermeil. It's five times thicker than traditional gold-plated jewellery so it looks and feels like solid gold and is resistant to tarnishing.

Another piece that gets plenty of love is the Rainbow Moissanite Eternity Band ($119). It's part of the Moments To Hold collection that's inspired by simple and beautiful everyday moments. Encrusted with rainbow moissanites, this ring encapsulates the wonder of spotting a rainbow in the sky.

Like many of Mondays Made's jewellery, this ring features two designs in one. It can be reversed to reveal dainty moon and stars sparkles on the other side - perfect for when you're in the mood for a more subdued look.

This reversible design is also incorporated in the earrings and necklaces!

While everything looks pretty, as it should, the jewellery also has little practical design features that make them a true joy to wear.

The Rainbow Moissanite Station Bracelet ($129), for instance, has a ball adjuster that can be gently pulled to adjust the length of the chain to the exact length you desire. This small but thoughtful detail makes putting it on and taking it off a breeze.

It also has a magnetic end that neatly snaps on the clasp so there's no awkward chain dangling from the end of the bracelet.

Other pieces like the Coin Spinner Rings ($99) have a round precious stone that spins like a fidget spinner - it's like having a calming, de-stresser on your finger!

If you adore a particular design like the sunflower, daisy or bee, it probably comes as a versatile Charm ($45 - $65) that can be worn in multiple ways when attached to a bracelet, necklace, earrings or even a ring.
