#1: Glow crazy at the world's largest collection of light-up displays

Imagine hitting up the biggest light, sound, and multimedia event on the planet, which uses a whopping 20 million LED lights to power all kinds of exciting interactive zones and illuminated displays. Sounds like a fun time? Well, that's exactly what visitors to the first-ever illumi festival can expect.

This mega light festival will take over the Bayfront Event Space near Marina Bay Sands, where there will be plenty of larger-than-life structures to experience.

Each of the 9 immersive worlds contains interactive elements and lifelike animatronics. One must-see highlight is the world’s tallest Tree of Lights, which stands at 47 meters tall — equivalent to 5 Merlions stacked up!
#2: Sojourn through gorgeous, larger-than-life sunflower arrangements at Changi Airport

Picture this: over 5,000 vibrant sunflowers in full bloom, ready to be your backdrop for those golden hour photos. In fact, you can now catch this marvellous view at Changi Airport's A Sunflower Sojourn, a blooming beautiful series of floral displays. There are over 20 gorgeous arrangements spread out over the 4 terminals, making it the largest-ever sunflower showcase in an airport!

These displays contain more than 10 exquisite varieties of sunflowers, with some of the blooms coming in exotic shades like pastel pink or even red and yellow. If you're in a hurry, make a beeline for the ones at the departure halls in Terminals 2 and 3, where the largest sunflower topiary sculptures are located, with each measuring 5 and 8 meters tall respectively.
#3: Feel your heart race at this year's exhilarating Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix

F1 fever is back and whether you're a die-hard race fan or just there for the music, it’s definitely going to be the ultimate weekend flex. This year’s lineup is straight fire with headliners like One Republic, Kylie Minogue, BABYMONSTER, and Honne turning up the heat. With over 100 hours of entertainment set across 12 stages, you'll certainly catch us vibing to the sick beats while the cars zoom by.

Petrolheads can also catch the exciting debut of all-female series F1 Academy, plus the return of the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia support races at the Marina Bay Street Circuit. There will also be fan forums for F1 and F1 Academy held over the race weekend, so make sure not to miss them!

Foodies, assemble! Get ready for a Savour Park at Sentosa is the go-to spot for those who live for good food, chill vibes, and insta-worthy moments. Think of it as your dream picnic, but elevated. Nestled in lush greenery, this al fresco dining experience features a curated lineup of some of Singapore’s best food trucks.

Have you heard? Lights by the Lake Festival will be back and bigger than ever at Jurong Lake Gardens for its third run! This time round, there will be plenty of lantern displays that showcase the many colours and shapes of the flora and fauna, as well as the gardens' iconic buildings! Of course, the popular floating lanterns will make a grand return, with new designs inspired by origami.

Besides the lanterns, there are countless activities to try your hand at too. Visitors will also get to catch mesmerising light and projection shows, visit fun charity booths contributing to the President's Challenge 2024, and carnival game booths. On top of that, there will be cultural showcases, free movie screenings, and music performances in store as well — it sure sounds like a visual treat you won’t want to miss this Mid-Autumn season.
#7: Have a lit night out and stroll through a dreamy lantern wonderland at Gardens by the Bay

For those who can't get enough of this month's Mid-Autumn festivities, why not head on over to check out Gardens by the Bay's gorgeous Celebrations (同欢) displays. The Gardens will be completely transformed with massive lantern installations of joyful childhood playtime scenes and scenes of local nostalgia. Think iconic shophouses, the Dragon Playground, round paper lanterns hanging on string, and much more.

#8: Jam out to the hottest beats at the Groovedriver Festival 2024
