Head down to Maguro Brothers, a Japanese restaurant at 100 AM mall (a 4 minute walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT station). While the eatery specialises in fresh cuts of tuna, they've recently added these innovative sushi pizzas to their menu.
On closer inspection, you'll find that each 'slice' of sushi pizza is wholly made up of sushi ingredients! These range from perfectly juicy chunks of chicken drizzled with sauce, to tender pieces of premium sashimi.

Customers will find five varieties in total: the signature Magurorita Pizza ($19.80), Salmon Terimayo Pizza ($16.80), Chirashi Pizza ($17.80), Grilled Chicken Pizza ($15.80), and Spicy Salmon Pizza ($16.80). While the sushi pizzas lean on the pricier side with their small serving sizes, each 'slice' comes with a generous amount of toppings!
You can wash it all down with light and refreshing Floats ($8.80) in flavours like Green Apple, Mango, and Strawberry. These look super cute when placed together with the pizzas and bring out the vibe of an old timey diner.
