Truffle aficionados, it's time to indulge in (more) egg sandwiches! Eggslut Singapore has jumped on the truffle train and introduced a new limited-time Truffle Menu. Available from 17 October to 31 December 2023, the menu includes two sandwiches, a salad and a slut - each made with luscious truffle infusions and cage-free eggs. At the same time, the brand has also brought out new merch with on-trend puffy designs including a cute bag.
Eggslut Truffle Menu
First up is the indulgent Truffle Gaucho Sandwich ($18). It comes with tender wagyu tri-tip steak and truffle-infused, soft scrambled eggs. The rich butteriness and delicate truffle aroma of the eggs balance perfectly with the fresh arugula. All this hearty goodness is wrapped up in a buttery brioche bun.

Prefer a more potent truffle taste? Go for the Truffle Sandwich ($14). This vegetarian option comes with double the truffle, from the soft scrambled eggs and truffle mushroom ragout. Once again, the bright, peppery and crunchy arugula cuts through the richness, and completing it is a brioche bun. If you can't go without meat, add on a Beef Patty to your sandwich for a meatier and juicier bite ($18.90).

Eggslut's Sluts are always a comforting delight, but the Truffle Slut ($11) takes things to another level. The jar has layers of creamy potato purée, sous vide egg, mushrooms, truffle mix and chives. It's served with slices of crispy baguette that can be used like an edible spoon.

Those who are on a low-carb diet or craving a light snack can still get their truffle fix with the Truffle Salad ($14). This is essentially a deconstructed Truffle Sandwich without the brioche bun - less guilt but just as much satisfaction.
