Fans of Korean street food and spicy snacks are in for a treat! Paris Baguette has rolled out their K-Spicy Ppang Fair Series, which has bread inspired by popular Korean street foods. But don't worry if your tolerance for spicy food isn't quite up to par — the series caters to all spice levels, ranging from a gentle toppoki sweet glaze to bread fillings that are straight up fiery.
Wondering which of the K-Spicy offerings you should go for on your next lunch break? We've ranked the different breads below by their spice levels, from the least to most fire-inducing:
Oh-ppang Oh-ppang (Korean Oden Cheese Bread Stick)

Oden, or fishcake cooked in broth, has got to be one of the most popular Korean street foods. Oh-ppang Oh-ppang ($2.70) replicates the delicious snack by layering chewy cheddar cheese bread and oden on a skewer. The spice in this sweet gochujang sauce is nearly unnoticeable, ideal for those who have a low spice tolerance.
Sau-ppang Sau-ppang (Korean Sausage Cheese Bread Stick)

Not only is the Sau-ppang Sau-ppang ($2.70) shaped like a stick of chicken sausages and toppoki, the bread has a chewy and soft texture that makes it taste really similar to Korean spicy rice cakes. The toppoki sauce on top has a gentle heat mixed with sweetness, great for those who prefer a milder flavour.
Bulgogi Sau-ppang (Korean Beef Bulgogi Sausage Bread)

Meat lovers have to try the Bulgogi Sau-ppang ($4.90), which features a crisp layer of bread stuffed with chicken sausage and a generous amount of spicy beef. Savoury and satisfying, this half-moon shaped bun certainly packs a punch when it comes to flavour.
Kimchi Ham Pancake Ppang (Korean Kimchi Ham Pastry)

Craving a Korean kimchi pancake? Try the Kimchi Ham Pancake Ppang ($5.20), which has a crispy texture and comforting crunch. Topped with stir-fried kimchi and chicken ham, this bread is actually very filling despite looking to be on the smaller side.
Chamchi Kimchi Egg Sandwich

Feeling really hungry? The Chamchi Kimchi Egg Sandwich (set of 3 for $10.50) comes in a set of three sandwiches: which you can share with friends and colleagues (or just devour all by yourself). Each set comes with one kimchi ham mix, one spicy egg mayo and one spicy tuna sandwich. These contain quite a bit of heat, so watch out!
Chamchi Kimchi Egg Ppang (Korean Kimchi Tuna Egg Bread)

Warning, this one is not for the faint of heart or weak of stomach! Stuffed with a spicy tuna and kimchi filling, the Chamchi Kimchi Egg Ppang ($5.20) is easily one of the spiciest breads ever. That said, it is also incredibly delicious (we had two more of these to go!) and is likely to win over any spice-lover's heart.
Bonus: Five-Flavour Omija Berry Tea

Pair your spicy breads with a drink and wash it all down with a refreshing glass of iced Sparkling Omija Tea ($8.20). The tea has a sweet and slightly sour taste that is similar to grapefruit, which works perfectly as a palette cleanser. Those who prefer a warm drink can also opt for the hot version of the Omija Tea ($7.20).
