The New Colorkey x Barbie Collection In Singapore Comes In Gorgeous Vintage Toy-Inspired Packaging

From Y2K barbiecore fashion on TikTok to the highly anticipated Barbie film starring Margo Robbie, it looks like Barbie and her hyper-feminine aesthetic is in vogue. And right on cue, Colorkey has brought out a new makeup collection inspired by the iconic doll.

Made in collaboration with Mattel, the line-up of lip and eye products sport vintage toy-inspired packaging in vibrant pops of pink. The cherry on top is that everything is affordably priced under $30!

Arguably the most covetable item, the Colorkey x Barbie Liquid Lipstick ($13.93) comes in thin pastel tubes topped with a hot pink cap adorned with a bow and the Barbie logo.

This liquid lipstick comes in 10 shades and two textures: gloss and velvet.

The velvet range includes five flattering brown-toned reds and pinks, and promises a smooth, lightweight texture. For something with a sheen, go for one of the five lipsticks with a glossy finish which comes shades from a deep red to coral and pink.

Another lip product that'll win you over with its packaging alone is the Colorkey x Barbie Lip Mud ($13.93). These glittery capsule-shaped lipsticks house a mousse-like product that's highly pigmented yet non-drying. The airy texture and fluffy brush applicator make it easy to smudge the colour to create that on-trend diffused lip look.

It comes in six wearable shades including 106, a black tea-inspired orangey red, and 608, a reddish brown nude.
