Spring 2023 is a good time for the shoe-obsessed and a bad time for their wallets. Freshly landed on the scene are covetable collections in fun colours and collaboration creations with celebrities including heartthrob Hyun Bin.
Whether your current shoes need a replacement or you're itching for a new pair, prepare to fold for these new shoe launches in Singapore:

British royal and style icon Lady Amelia Windsor has collaborated with Pretty Ballerinas to launch a capsule collection of shoes inspired by childhood summers.
Thoughtfully designed using recycled materials, the flats and heels have been reinvented with statement illustrations and vibrant colours.

Standout pieces we're lusting after are the Tyra Ballet Flat Shoes ($299), elegant pointed toe heels with ribbon detail, and the Joanna Ballet Heels Shoes ($349), sophisticated Mary Jane-style heels with a 4cm heel for a height boost that's easy to handle.
The Amelia Winsdor x Pretty Ballerinas collection is available in store at Paragon Shopping Centre #02-47 and online at prettyballerinas.com.sg.
#2 ALDO Spring 2023

ALDO's latest collection is all about mood-boosting, energetic tones in timeless styles. Shoes and bags are decked out in vibrant candy-inspired colour palettes, statement-making details and contemporary finishings.
Among the pretty pieces, the Casablanca Heels ($139) caught our eye for their pastel colours. Up close, these slip-on heels are even more charming with their transparent block heels and front straps. Whimsical jelly-like aesthetic aside, they also fare well on the comfort front with moulded foam and padded insoles.

#3 Sunnystep Elevate Series

It's a myth that comfortable AND stylish shoes don't exist, and Sunnystep's shoes are proof.
The brand has upped their style cred even further with the launch of their new Elevate series. Far from the typical chunky orthopaedic shoes, these walkers, mules and sneakers look like any other collection of cute shoes that would measure up to - and complement - your coolest outfits.

For something versatile, go for the Elevate Sneakers ($165). Designed to minimise stress to the feet and body, these shoes come with structured insoles, stable arch support that will not sink over time, acupressure massage points and a wide and anti-shock sole. The feet are also well-cushioned with ultra anti-shock gel cushioning as well as extra velvet cushioning at the heels.
All this cosy and supportive goodness is cleverly integrated into the sneakers so they take on a sleek and aesthetically pleasing shape. They come in classic colours like black, white and tan, as well as with pops of colour and prints.
#4 Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Seasonal Colour

The all-time "cool kid" sneaker just got a spring makeover and now comes in two seasonal colours: Canyon Dusk, a romantic dusty rose and Lunar Grey, a muted blue.

The Low-Tops ($75 - $99) come with the same heritage design elements, like a rubber toe bumper and woven All Star tongue label, while the High-Tops ($109) have the classic diamond pattern outsole and star ankle patch.
You can find these shoes in stores and online at the Converse store on Shopee Mall.
#5 Hyun Bin x Loro Piana

Loro Piana is crash landing on us with a special collection created with Korean actor Hyun Bin, who contributed to the nature-inspired details featured on the new Sum-mer Walk shoes and Baseball Hats.

The beech tree leitmotif was chosen by Hyun Bin and is embroidered on the hats and as a charm on the White Sole shoes, for both men and women. The colours of these accessories are likewise an ode to nature: deep forest green, earthy tones of sand and red clay, and elegant teal blue.
The products are available in Loro Piana's Marina Bay Sands store from April 12, as well as on Loropiana.com.
