MUJI IS: "Forest" Exhibition From Japan Makes Its First Overseas Stop In Singapore, Entry Is Free
Be it HDB flat interior design or a mochi-like multi-purpose pillow, MUJI's design sensibilities make their products hard to resist.
Fellow MUJI enthusiasts now have a new way to bask in the calm, minimalist vibes characteristic of the brand - at the new MUJI exhibition in Singapore.

Named A walk in the forest of verbs with "MUJI IS", the exhibition was first held across Japan and will be making its way abroad for the first time, landing on our shores at Japan Creative Centre (JCC) from 15 June to 27 July 2022.
Rather than the usual linear timeline or by product category, MUJI's product archives are arranged according to the motives behind each product's development, which is summarised by 15 key verbs. Visitors will explore a forest-like display with products displayed along their verb category like 整える Totonoeru (organise) and いかす Ikasu (utilise).

Besides gaining insight to the thought process of product designers, the exhibition also offers Instagrammable moments walking through the MUJI-style "trees".
