Located at Marina Bay Sands Hotel Tower 1, RISE has unveiled a new buffet concept for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Lunch & Dinner Buffets
The lunch and dinner buffets centre around Southeast Asian cuisine from Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore.
Highlights include Thai style boat noodles, Vietnamese pho with Australian grass-fed beef tenderloin, Australian beef cheek rendang, chilli crab, har cheong gai aka fried prawn paste chicken, Chinese rojak and Peranakan Tok Panjang, a traditional feast with ayam chicken, pork & crab meatball soup, Nyonya-style braised pork, fish curry and more.

If you're craving some good ol' chicken rice, you can indulge in an elevated version of this local dish that is made with GGTM French poulet (Anxin Chicken), the first in Asia to receive the Certified Humane certification.
There's also a Chef's Corner which offers seasonal live carvings like prized cuts of the New Zealand Saltmarsh lamb, the family-owned Australian Stanbroke beef ribeye and 200 days grain-fed Australian Tomahawk.
Breakfast Buffet
For breakfast, diners can expect selected Southeast Asian themed dishes like pho, laksa, fried rice and nasi lemak, as well as classics like fishball noodles, mee rebus, dim sum, premium cold cuts, cheese platters and German spiral sausages from the live carving station.
Buffet Prices at RISE
The prices are fairly reasonable considering the restaurant's prime location:
- Breakfast: $35++/adult and $12++/child
- Lunch (Mon – Fri): $62++ per adult; $30+ per child
- Lunch (Sat): $66++ per adult; $32+ per child
- Brunch (Sun) & Dinner (Fri & Sat); $98++ per adult; $45+ per child
- Dinner (Sun – Thu): $84++ per adult; $38+ per child

Ambience at RISE
The restaurant has a soothing colour palette of green and blue with bronze and light ash timber. The bright and airy open design also has a cosy, back-to-nature touch with the addition of giant indoor trees in vases.
