Eyeliner is must to complete any makeup look. Sometimes even the water-proof eyeliner smudges.  The best option is to use gel eyeliners. If you are one of those people whose eyes get watery  or oily then you should switch from regular liquid eyeliners to gel eyeliner. They last long and do not smudge easily.

Make a habit of using cream eyeshadow rather than using powder eyeshadow. Cream eyeshadows tend to stick to eyelids and so they last long while powder eye shadows tend to fade away quickly. Cream eyeshadows are also quiet versatile, they can used as base or even to create different complicated eye looks.
