Chilli Cheese Maggi

Chilli Cheese Maggi is a simple yet upgraded version of the old & classic Cheese Maggi which is a favourite amongst millennials.
Items you need:
- Lots of cheese
- One small finely chopped onion
- A small bowl of peas (optional)
- A small bowl of carrots (optional)
- 2 finely chopped red or green chillies
- Chopped coriander leaves
How to prepare:
Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan and fry the chopped chillies and onions for up to 2 minutes. Add Maggi noodles to the vessel and add one cup of water along with the tastemaker masala, cheese, peas and carrots. Let this creation cook till the noodles turn soft and garnish the dish with coriander leaves.
Italian Maggi

Italian Maggi is for foodies who just cannot do without spaghetti pasta in their life. This aromatic Maggi dish will definitely bring a smile to your face!
Items you need:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 finely chopped cloves of garlic
- one finely chopped onion
- Pasta sauce of your choice
- 2-3 mushrooms
- 1 sachet oregano
- Grated cheese of your choice
- Any veggies you like for garnish
How to prepare:
Take a round non-stick vessel and heat the olive oil in it. Add garlic and onion and fry for approximately 3-4 minutes. Chop the mushrooms and add them to the pan as well. Along with it add a spoonful of pasta sauce and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Now break the Maggi cake in the pan and add water, tastemaker, and oregano to this concoction. Let the Maggi cook for 3-4 minutes, and garnish with veggies and grated cheese.
Indian Tadka Maggi

Indian Tadka Maggi is the cooler version of ghar ka pulao and enjoying Maggi with this desi twist has to be one of the best things ever!
Items you need:
- one finely chopped tomato and onion
- one chopped green chilli
- 1/2 tsp of coriander powder
- red chilli powder
- turmeric powder
- mustard seeds
- salt to taste
How to prepare:
Boil the Maggi cake in a utensil and drain the remaining water. Heat a pan and sauté the chopped onions till they turn golden brown and the tomatoes become soft. Add the masalas & the Maggi tastemaker and cook for a minute. Add the boiled noodles to the pan and mix well. Yumm, Indian Tadka Maggi is ready to eat! Garnish this beauty with coriander leaves to beat the pulao blues.
