Missing Your Ex? Here Are Things That You Can Do
We all know that heartbreak isn't easy. Missing your ex is completely ok as you can't move on in a day. You know that nothing can happen between you two but your heart keeps trying to convince you that talking to him once won't change anything. You need to be strong because going back to the same old relationship means reading the old book again when you know how it's going to end.
Always remember that missing someone is the part of moving on. Here are some things that you should do when you are missing your ex:
It's ok to cry. Allow yourself to remember all good and bad memories you had with him. Cry a lot but don't call him.
You might be outweighed by your emotions but don't forget the reason you broke up with him. Remind yourself why you need to move on.

Shift your focus to a different thing. Learn a new thing, clean your room or do different things to divert your thoughts.
Start writing your thoughts. Your friend can't be always available to you so it's better to write your thoughts.
