Each and everyone of us have our own skin related issues that we get to deal with. Even though all of us dream about having crystal clear and glass like skin but it's not easy. The dark spots, hyperpigmentation and blemishes are not easy to get rid off. Everyone has one of their either problem to deal with. There are various reasons behind these skin issues. It can be due to excessive exposure to sunlight or increase in level of melanin in the body. Even though due to quarantine and lockdown we've had much less exposure to sun, which is a great thing but at the end of the day we still have our dark spots or blemishes or pigmentation to deal with.

Turmeric

The spice is known for its antibiotic and anti oxidant qualities. It works like wonder when it comes to healing injuries and dealing with skin issues.

All you need to do is to add a pinch of turmeric powder in tablespoon of yogurt. Mix well and apply it on the affected areas for 15 mins before rinsing it with lukewarm water.

Lemon

Lemon is rich in anti oxidants. It is known for its bleaching properties and therefore it helps in lightening the dark areas.

Mix a teaspoon of lemon juice with honey and apply the mixture on your skin. Leave it for 15 minutes before rinsing it with cool water.

Aloe Vera

Aloe vera is one of the most effective ingredient. It is found is most of the skin care products. It helps the skin in healing, soothes down the irritated and inflamed skin.

Scrape some aloe vera gel and whisk it util it become foamy. Apply the gel on your skin and leave it for 20 minutes before rinsing it.
