There is nothing that  good dose of chocolate cannot do. Its happiness in a cup and we all love it. The warm beverage is solution to all your monsoon blues and demotivated spirit. Chocolate Mocha

For this you will need:

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup espresso powder i.e coffee powder
1/2 cup powdered milk or 2 cups of whole milk
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Mix all the ingredients together and let it simmer in a pan for 8-10 minutes. Stir it continuously while it simmers and pour it in mugs. You can add marshmallows and little whip cream on top with grated chocolate for presentation.

Dark Hot Chocolate

All you need is:

1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
175gm chocolate (chopped)

Mix all the ingredients in sauce pan and simmer it over while while continuously stirring. Simmer it until chocolate is melted and voila your hot chocolate is ready. Decorate it with whip cream and garnish it with chopped pieces of chocolate.

Cinnamon Hot Chocolate

All you need:

4 cups whole milk (with fat)
1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
1 stick of whole cinnamon
1 stick of vanilla bean
1tbsp honey
1/8 cup brown sugar

Mix all the ingredients and simmer it for few minutes. Once its properly mixed, strain it and pour it into individual mugs. Add a tablespoon of honey along with few marshmallows and its ready to savour.
