It takes almost 2-6 months for the body to revive and go back to normal like it was before the stressful period ended. Don't let stress/anxiety take over your mind and body as it may not only result in hair fall but also affect your health in the longer run. A condition named as Traction alopecia occurs in which you start losing your hair slowly and is usually caused due to excessive hair styling that requires you to pull your hair tight. Hairstyles like high ponytails, tight braids or any sort of usage of the heating tools can also damage your hair and further weaken the hair follicles. Therefore, it is important to change your hairstyle every now and then while remembering the fact that it is normal to have bad hair days. Indulge yourself in a relaxing oil massage to stimulate hair growth.

Hormonal imbalance in the body

Hormonal imbalance can affect your body causing a lot of beauty and health issues that begin right from acne issues to abnormal weight gain as an adult. The effects of improper balance of hormones can show symptoms in any part of your body. Like, Oestrogens are responsible for keeping our hair healthy and promote hair growth. Whereas, androgens play just the opposite role which means that excess amount of androgens in your body can result in excessive hair fall.
