Made a New Year's resolution to save money and need a li'l motivation? You can always count on Sanrio characters to make the dullest moments, like saving spare change, more exciting! Arriving right on time for Chinese New Year is 7-Eleven Singapore's Shop and Earn Stamps Programme and this latest edition has the most adorable Sanrio Coin Bank blind boxes.

These adorable piggy banks feature Sanrio characters like Hello Kitty, Pompompurin and Little Twin Stars in a lovely rounded shape. They're pretty sizeable, each measuring 12 x 10cm, yet lightweight thanks to its 100% recycled ABS plastic material.

The line-up also includes lesser-known characters like Pekkle, a white duck with a love for dance, Hangyodon, a soft-spoken fish, and the cheerful boy Minna no Tabo.

The coin banks come with detachable golden coins, which the Sanrio character holds in its hands, symbolising good fortune. Each character has a unique coin imprinted with unique patterns of its best buddy. For instance, the Hello Kitty coin bank comes with a coin featuring her teddy bear companion, Tiny Chum, while the Lala coin bank has a coin depicting her favourite plush toy, Poff.
