We’ve noticed how designer brand Gucci has started venturing into the cute route, while maintaining their premium quality and branding. Some examples include their trending pink comb and pouch set, cat-themed Bananya collaboration, and the most recent apple-themed pop-up in Singapore with adorable photo ops.

Adding on to that list is the new Gucci Flora Gorgeous Gardenia Eau de Parfum - with an manga-fied Miley Cyrus fronting the campaign - complete with a fun video with visuals reminiscent of an actual anime opening theme.

Our recent list of best cushion foundations aside, there’s now a new one to try from French beauty brand Ange Gardien Paris. In 5 shades from Ivory to Medium Deep, the Naturale Glow 2-in-1 Cushion Foundation comes with broad spectrum sun-protecting properties of SPF50/PA++++. What sets this compact cushion apart is how it comes with a fold-out section of finishing powder for oil control and to give your skin that “blurred” effect.

I found the texture of this foundation to be dewy and moisturising, which makes it great for those with dehydrated skin, while the pressed powder helped combat any excess shininess. It’s nicely buildable and doesn’t feel heavy, but I would suggest picking a shade darker than your usual as it appeared much lighter on my skin than it does in its packaging.
