Located near the trendy Dempsey Hill, Museum Of Ice Cream is an ice cream-themed wonderland that'll give you a sensory overload in the best way.

Every inch of the museum is covered with almost saccharine, photo-worthy opportunities. There's a cafe, bar and 14 multi-sensory installations that get progressively more elaborate and squeal-inducing as you explore further.

You'll start at the entrance where an MOIC guide will let you customise your own name tag sticker with your ice cream name. On the walls are some playful celebrity ice cream flavour puns for inspiration like Hassan Mint-haj and Jackfruit Ma.

The first installation you'll see is a giant interactive pink castle with ice cream cones followed by a tropical land with pink palm trees. After all the cooing and awwing at the sights and photo taking, you can take a break at the retro-style Scream's Diner.

Like at all the food stops in this museum, you'll have a free flow of sweet treats at this diner area. For health & safety purposes, guests are welcome to enjoy the food only at the designated spots in each room.

Contrary to what our photos might suggest, it can be quite tricky to get a photo without anyone in the background. Fortunately, the museum-goers on this particular day were very civil and would kindly make way and take turns for their moment.

Look out for the secret room that's easily missed as it looks like it could be a staff-only area. We'll give you a spoiler, it's located right after this room with giant potong ice cream sticks.

Behind this red curtain is a hidden room with trippy disco lights and mirrors covering all the walls.

We recommend coming in your sweetest outfit to go with the surroundings, and a pair of comfortable, flat shoes. You can make things even easier with shoes that can be slipped on and off easily as you'll need to remove your shoes to enter the Inflatable, a hot pink bouncy castle, and the MOIC Sprinkle Pool.

Practical shoes will also come in handy for the climbing and sliding opportunities at the Unicorn Playground that's big enough for adults young at heart.

Those with a sweet tooth will be glad to know that this museum is also basically a dessert buffet paradise as you'll have a free flow of sweet treats. One of our favourites is the pastel pink Lychee Bandung ice cream sandwich. It has a light, refreshing taste that lives up to its aesthetic.

Other highlights are the tangy Lemon Bliss Balls and Apple Pie Soft Serve that comes in a pink cone.

There are also some unique ice cream flavours like Pulut Hitam Potong, Taro Milk Tea and Pina Colada.

We'll admit that the ticket prices, starting from $38, are pretty steep. Then again, this might be our only chance to experience this wonderland hailing from NYC, and those with a healthy appetite for ice cream will get more bang for their buck. While this photo-worthy attraction might seem like Instagrammers' domain, there were people of all ages from young children to elderly aunties and uncles having the time of their lives.

Let your Instagram bf/gf/bestie answer the call of duty and tickets will be priced from $40/pax for a group of 2 or 3, or jio your whole squad or family along and get tickets from $38/pax for a group of 4 or more. Single admission tickets are priced from $42 and children two years old and under enjoy complimentary entrance.
