Coexist Coffee Co. officially opened its doors on 29 June and is located on the rooftop of Hillview Building, an industrial building which you would never have guessed houses such an aesthetically pleasing cafe. The space used to be a canteen that serves the building's tenants but has since been refurbished.
One look and the tiles in a striking terracotta versus white will catch your attention as the cafe's colour scheme is split right down the middle.

Furniture are kept simple in the cafe in line with the minimalist theme, but the stunning view which you can peep at through the windows makes up for it.
The vibes are immaculate there, providing respite in a calming environment amidst the bustling city.

Coexist Coffee Co. serves a wide variety of mains and even all-day breakfast. Prices start from an affordable $8!
One of the must-tries is the Chili Crab Shakshuka ($16) that comes with jumbo lump crab meat, chili crab sauce, poached egg and mantou.

Mains include Squid Ink Fried Rice ($26), Seafood Coconut Broth ($18) and Chicken Waffles ($18).
Options for all-day breakfast are Coexist Breakfast ($22), Breakfast Burrito ($18) and more. You can choose how you like your eggs cooked when you order the Coexist Breakfast!

If you are in the mood to treat yourself, go for the Kaya French Toast ($16) which comes with kaya and butter spread on brioche.

Coexist Coffee Co. is also a coffee-centric cafe (you may have already guessed it by the name) where they self-source and self-roast all their beans. Their white coffee is unique compared to other establishments, as they use a blend that is sweeter, mellower and has floral notes to it for a more distinct taste.
