Helmed by a sister duo, The Baking Munchies is a home-based bakery in Singapore that does it all from mille crepe cakes to character-themed macrons, Swiss roll cakes and chiffon cakes.
Standing out even amongst their many gorgeous creations is their character tarts! Just look at these Lemon Curd Tarts with Winnie-the-Pooh and Pikachu faces. They're bound to trigger a visceral reaction and a lot of cooing and aww-ing.

Another one that's too cute to eat is the Chocolate Banana Tarts decorated with bear faces.

These 3-inch tartlets are priced at $35 for 6, which makes them about $5.80 each. A little on the pricey side, but that's to be expected for the aesthetic!
The Baking Munchies is also working on launching two new tarts: Totoro Sesame Tarts and Hello Kitty Soy Tarts. These two are not available yet as the bakers are still fine-tuning the recipes. Both are expected to go on sale in a few months from now.
