It's valid for walk in takeaways at three outlets: 313@somerset, Suntec City and VivoCity.
Unfortunately, toppings aren't included in the promotion. Still, at $4.45 for a plain rosti after the discount, it's even more affordable than the $5.90 rosti at the Kovan hawker stall that sells Western all-day breakfasts at budget-friendly prices.
