#1 Lap Lip 2021 at Malay Heritage Centre

From now till 30 June 2021, there will be a colourful light installation at Malay Heritage Centre: The Lap Lip installation. The structure is inspired by the architectural landscape of Kampong Gelam, with patterns inspired by Malay motifs designed by local artist Reza Hasni.

In the centre of the installation is a space for reflection, with soundscapes that transport visitors to the vibrant bazaars of past Ramadans.

#2 Cat Garden — A Tribute to Nature at Roger Vivier

This whimsical cat-themed installation at Takashimaya is also a showcase for Roger Vivier's spring/summer 2021 collection. The store will be decorated in a striking lime green and pink theme with florals and pink cats.

Inspired by his time surrounded by flora and fauna in Italy, Creative Director Gherardo Felloni brought bright and colourful floral patterns to the shoes, bags and accessories.

There will be 30 large standees featuring cute cats in various situations from cuddling with a toy shark to wearing a yellow hat and randoseru backpack just like Japanese school kids do.
