Gucci Has Teamed Up With Korean Star Kai To Create An Adorable Teddy Bear-Themed Collection, Get It In SG
Gucci Beauty has been on a roll with their multiple new makeup launches, but for those who’d like to stick to the luxury brand’s fashion roots with handbags, here’s something new to check out. Following their highly-hyped Doraemon collection, they’ve since teamed up with Kai from Korean boyband EXO to create a teddy bear-themed capsule collection that’s now available in Singapore.

Kai from EXO is the first-ever Korean idol to have his own Gucci collection. Launched recently on 17 April 2021, this series of fashion items draws inspiration from his childhood with teddy bear designs.

This teddy bear theme also ties in with Kai’s nickname, “Nini Bear”, which came about because he picked the bear as an animal that he identifies with the most. He’s also got a cute and sunny disposition - much like a teddy bear’s!

The Gucci x Kai collection includes items for both men and ladies, covering everything from apparel to handbags and accessories like bucket hats.

There’s also a pair of chunky white sneakers to cop, featuring the Gucci logo and their signature green and red stripes.

Matching that is a graphic t-shirt in the softest cotton material with the same design. Pair it with jeans for an effortless look!

Speaking of jeans - there’s also a pair of light denims with a fuzzy teddy bear applique along one pant leg.

One of the tote bags in the collection has been spotted on Kai’s fellow Korean celebrity, Hyuna! Needless to say, this sent K-pop stans into a frenzy.
