On the same day that the Great World shack opens, 28 April, all shacks in Singapore will debut the spicy Jalapeño Ranch menu. It features the ShackBurger ($11.90/$15.40), Chick'n Shack ($11.90) and Crinkle Cut Fries ($6.50) topped with a made-from- scratch creamy, tangy ranch and house-pickled jalapeños.

The ShackBurger was amazing, as usual, but the jalapeño and ranch sauce gave it an extra oomph that made us crave another.

Jalapeño and chicken are a great combination that's always welcome like in the Chick'n Shack. We still preferred the beef burger, but if your go-to order is chicken, this is something worth trying!

We were divided on the Jalapeño Ranch Crinkle Cut Fries. It was a little odd to have ranch sauce with fries, but it grew on us with every bite. Still, it can't beat their cheese fries!

You can get two exclusive Concretes ($7.50/$9.50) at Shake Shack Great World. The first is Poppin' Good Time, a vanilla custard concrete blended with chocolate poprocks, fudgy brownie by homegrown bakery Plain Vanilla, salted caramel sauce and finished with gold sprinkles. The chocolatey taste went well with the custard but we wished the brownies were more moist and rich. The highlight of this concrete is the satisfying popping sensation from the chocolate poprocks.
The other is Berry Ferris Swell, a creamy delight with vanilla custard blended with raspberries and cheesecake. This concrete was our favourite thanks to the creamy cheesecake and tanginess from the raspberries.
