Changi Airport Has New Dinosaur-Themed Go-Karting Experience With Neon Light Tunnel, From $8 Only

It might be confusing for outsiders to hear that Changi Airport is buzzing with activity, since holidays are no longer a thing right now. But to us Singaporeans, it’s NBD because we don’t just know of it as an airport, but also a place to hang out. After all, it’s only the best airport in the world.

Other than a new glasshouse cafe, a Christmas village with tokidoki photo spots, glamping at Jewel Changi, and a Jurassic cycling connector, Changi Airport in Singapore now has a dinosaur-themed go-karting experience with neon lights and an illuminated tunnel at Terminal 4’s taxi bay. This will be running till 31 December 2020, with prices starting from just $8.

The entire taxi bay of Changi Airport T4 has been converted into a race track for this Dino Kart experience. This isn’t any ordinary go-karting circuit, for it is decorated with life-sized dinosaur installations, fluorescent multi-coloured rubber tyres, and neon lights! There’s also a light tunnel through which you’ll be whizzing through.

Though the circuit will be open during the daytime, we say It’s best to come at night if you want to be able to view all the lights in their full glory!

This dinosaur go-karting experience is perfectly safe, and even children (aged 9 and above) are allowed to try it. You’ll be given a helmet for protection, but will have to bring or wear your own covered shoes.

Changi Airport’s Dino Kart opens from 3pm to 10pm on Mondays to Wednesdays, and 2pm to 11pm on Thursdays to Sundays.
