Originating in Kyoto, Japan, Menbaka Fire Ramen is famous for setting its ramen on fire, offering a dining experience with a show.

The towering, dramatic fire is created with green onions piled on top of the ramen and negi onion oil poured over it. The IG worthy factor aside, the rich and flavourful broth keeps diners revisiting even after the novelty wears off.

A new outlet will be opening in Singapore on 24 November and to celebrate the occasion, there will be a 1-for-1 fire ramen promotion from 27 to 29 November 2020.
