The Banana Charlotte features biscuit à la cuillère (aka ladyfingers or sponge fingers) layered with banana pudding and chiboust cream, a light, fluffy and lush traditional French cream. The cake is then topped with fresh bananas and finished with a generous dusting of snow sugar. Sounds delectable already!
