New Hello Kitty Apple Village Cafe In Miaoli County, Taiwan Is A Must-Visit For Sanrio Fans

Fans of the Sanrio characters especially Hello Kitty have something to look forward to once again as a new Hello Kitty Apple Village cafe in Taiwan has just opened.

Located in Miaoli County which is between Hsinchu and Taichung counties, the cafe has an adorable themed menu as well as insta-worthy decor.

Be greeted by a huge Hello Kitty figurine sticking her head through an apple cutout at the entrance of the Hello Kitty Apple Village (蘋果村親子餐廳).

You will see five other friends of Hello Kitty such as My Melody, Pompompurin, Gudetama, Cinnamoroll and Keroppi playing at the entrance too. It's a perfect spot to take pictures at before stepping into the cafe.

The interior of the cafe is decked out in motifs of Hello Kitty and her friends, as well as lots of faux greenery to replicate the outdoors. The cafe also makes use of low tables and chairs to recreate what it feels like having a picnic while sitting on the grass. Even the mats are classic red checkered picnic mats!

The other seating area is great for those who plan to bring elderly who can't sit on low stools.

This part of the cafe is probably the most fun and exciting! The mini playground area with a slide, a ball pit and tiny seating pods shaped like apples are all too cute. Kids and those young at heart will definitely love this place.

Another enjoyable part about visiting this cafe is getting to savour the themed food there as well.

You can expect to feast on burgers, pies, sandwiches and more that are all served on Hello Kitty cutlery. Some of the food feature the characters stamped onto them. Check out that funny-looking Gudetama omelette. ?

Choose from set meals ranging from 290 to 450 NT (~14 to 21 SGD) or the ala carte options. Take note to make a booking here before heading down.
