A new kawaii destination to add to the list is the STEM RESORT Creative Playground in Okinawa, Japan. This rooftop theme park just opened on 19th July 2020 with a focus on cuteness!

STEM RESORT Creative Playground is split into three zones and they all offer plenty of entertainment and Insta-worthy opportunities.
Dinosaur Museum

Remember being obsessed with dinosaurs as a child? Bring back those memories as you explore this space with 50 species of dinosaurs. Besides admiring the dinosaur recreations, you can also get more information about the exhibit with a quick scan of the QR codes on each dinosaur.

This area boasts 71 BBQ rooms including family friendly attractions.
Pretty Cute Museum

This is the cutest zone yet with 12 different areas that have Instagrammable spots in every corner.
Dance in the retro-style studio and pretend you're a K-pop idol filming a music video or embrace your inner child at the huge soft ball play area!

Although this theme park seems to be marketed towards children, a quick look on Instagram shows many adults having fun there too.
There's also a cute STEM RESORT cafe & restaurant with a white sand floor, cute plush toys and all-pink furniture and decor.

Advance tickets costs for ¥1,600 (~S$20.72) for adults, ¥1,000 (~S$12.95) for teens and ¥700 (~S$9.06) for children aged 4 to 12. You can purchase advance tickets at any convenience store in Japan including 7-Eleven, Lawson and Family Mart.
