There are three Moomin Café outlets in Japan and one of them has moved to a new location in Tokyo with a complete interior revamp and a new menu! Located in Tokyo Skytree Town, Solamachi, the new Moomin Café is a convenient place to stop by for a snack and drink while touring the area.

Tove Jansson's original artwork comes to life in the interior of the Moomin Café with beautiful artwork on the walls. Of course, there are also giant Moomin plushies which sit at the tables to accompany diners.
Step into the word of Moomin and feel like you're in Moomin's birthplace, Finland! Relax and enjoy seasonal Scandinavian cuisine inspired by the characters of the fairytales.
The character Hattifattener from the Moomin world is recreated in the form of long bread rolls with sweet fillings for the takeout menu.
There are many Moomin-themed drinks too like fruit smoothies and a unique blueberry pancake flavoured latte. Bubble tea fanatics can try out their Moomin bubble teas with their own version of tapioca pearls called 'Hattifattener seeds'.
There's also a store where you can get Moomin merchandise that's imported from Finland.
