New Permanent Sanrio Cafe In Ikebukuro, Tokyo Has Kawaii Interior Decor & Insta-Worthy Food

SANRIO CAFE Ikebukuro, a new permanent cafe directly managed by Sanrio, will open in Sunshine City, Ikebukuro, Tokyo this Friday, June 5 2020. You read right, it's permanent, which means you can bookmark it to visit later! ?

Sanrio fans can rejoice! The new SANRIO CAFE Ikebukuro will have an original menu in the theme of cute Sanrio characters including Hello Kitty, My Melody, Little Twin Stars, Cinnamoroll, Pompompurin and Gudetama.

The cafe has a calm and relaxing design with soft colours, light wood furnishing and framed Sanrio artwork on the walls. We're loving the giant Hello Kitty and Pompompurin tea cups hanging from the ceiling!?

There's also a Cafe Wagon designed like a pink bus that's specially for takeaways.
