#1 Dinner Mate (25 May)

Airing today, fans of Crash Landing on You (CLOY) will definitely want to catch this because Seo Ji Hye, who played Seo Dan in CLOY is the female lead in this drama!

Also starring Seong Seung Heon as the male lead, Dinner Mate tells the love story between a man and a woman who have both grown jaded about romance after experiencing painful heartbreaks. They recover their ability to feel emotion and begin to find love over food through their dinner dates.

#2 Backstreet Rookie (12 June)

Starring two established actors, Ji Chang Wook and Kim Yoo Jung, and based on a popular webtoon, it's safe to say this is one of the most anticipated upcoming dramas.

Backstreet Rookie will tell the unpredictable love story of a prickly but soft-on-the-inside convenience store owner Choi Dae Hyun and eccentric part-time employee Jung Saet Byul.

#3 Psycho But It's Okay (20 June)

Psycho But It's Okay is Kim Soo Hyun's first drama as the male lead in almost five years since his last role in The Producers, so it's an understatement to say fans and viewers alike are excited to catch him on screen again.

Described as a "healing romance that resembles a storybook fantasy", the drama also starring Seo Ye Ji as the female lead, will tell the story of a community health worker at a psychiatric ward and a storybook writer suffering from an antisocial personality disorder. After meeting one another, a man who denies love and a woman who doesn't know love slowly begin to heal each other's emotional wounds.

Did We Love? tells the story of Noh Ae Jung, a movie producer and single mom who has been living on her own for 14 years. However, she suddenly finds herself embarking on an unexpected second chapter of her story when four men walk into her life at the same time.

#5 Flower of Evil (July)

Lee Joon Gi takes on the role of Baek Hee Sung who has changed his identity and concealed his past, while Moon Chae Won plays his wife Cha Ji Won, a detective who is chasing after his past. Flower of Evil is based on the question of "What if the husband I've loved for 14 years is actually a stone-cold serial killer?"

Sounds like a unique plot already so you should definitely add this to your watchlist!

#6 That Guy is That Guy (July)

Starring Yoon Hyun Min, Hwang Jung Eum and Seo Ji Hoon as the leads, That Guy is That Guy is a romcom about a woman who chooses to remain single after multiple heartbreaks and a man who wants to change his relationship with this woman through love. Combining the theme of a past life with realistic topics such as marriage and remaining single, this drama is one to catch for a slice of life.
