Spanning across the 29th and 30th floor, the penthouse is one of 6 in the freehold condo, which is just minutes away from the Orchard shopping belt. Being a prime area in a land-scarce country, this is one of the most expensive districts in Singapore to purchase housing in.

This swanky apartment could very likely belong to the couple’s 10-year-old, April Huang, one day. It is reported that You Long bought the property as a trustee, listing his Singapore-born daughter as a beneficiary.

This is not the first time the couple - who are both Singapore Permanent Residents - have bought property in Singapore. In fact, they already own a 4-bedroom unit in another block of the same condo.

Apart from that, they have numerous investment portfolios involving jewellery and wine, and also own the Chateau Monlot vineyard in Bordeaux, France. Chateau Monlot’s wines are available in Singapore at grocery stores like Little Farms, costing around $50 per bottle.

The rest of us can only dream of such a life. In the meantime, we’ll be looking forward to photos of their new home - we’re sure the renovations will be spectacular.
