Singaporean Actress Jayley Woo 胡佳琪 Is The Latest Celebrity To Join The 'Bye, Mediacorp' List
Oops. She's not the first to leave and she probably won't be the last. We don't need to be a fortune teller to know this.
Those who gave up watching Mediacorp's dramas, entertainment shows and basically any other productions by them might not be familiar with Jayley Woo 胡佳琪 but it's okay, we'll fill you in.
On 3 July, Jayley broke the news about leaving Mediacorp's The Celebrity Agency in an intimate post to her fans in both English and Mandarin.
Today marks the day of me being.. well, just me. :)
I've made the decision to not continue my contract with The Celebrity Agency and this decision wasn't an easy one to make.I'm an emotional creature so I shall keep this short and sweet. In summary, I will still be acting and taking on projects/ roles suitable for me. For potential collaborations and jobs, do click on the email button on my page.

Before their debut, Jayley Woo and her older sister Hayley Woo were bloggers known as Jay On The Hay.
Jayley entered the entertainment scene first as a supporting actress in the 2012 drama 'Jump!'. She's been active in the local scene since then with two dramas set to be aired later this year and in 2019.
In 2016 and 2017, Jayley was nominated and won the Top 10 Most Popular Female Artistes awards at Star Awards, an annual TV award ceremony.
Jayley's departure from Mediacorp follows fellow actors like Jeanette Aw, Michelle Chong, Gurmit Singh and Sharon Au.
She is also said to be pursuing other career opportunities in China.
