The micro pigs are also well taken care of in Mipig cafe. Every micro pig takes a rest according to its physical strength and health condition. The staff will routinely check the micro pigs and when they feel tired or show any change in physical condition, they take a rest in a separate room.

Mipig cafe also has rules to ensure the health and well-being of the micro pigs. You will not be allowed to enter mipig cafe if any of following applies to you:
- You are sick or not feeling well (micro pigs can get sick/flu from humans)
- You have visited China, Africa etc within 2 weeks where hog cholera has been identified
- You have entered a hog sty within the last 2 days
Mipig cafe has 2 locations in Tokyo. The entry fee is 1000 yen(~S$12.51) per 30 minutes and VIP room plan fee is an extra 500 yen (~S$6.25) per 30 minutes. Mipig cafe doesn't accept walk-in customers so make sure to make your reservation in advance.
