It's Official! Camila Cabello Will Be Our Next Cinderella In Live Action Remake With James Corden
In case you haven't heard, there will be a reimagined Cinderella movie in the works and Camila Cabello is making her big screen debut as the title character!
While Camila will be playing Cinderella, Late Late Show host and comedian James Corden will be producing the show together with Kay Cannon as director.
There have been many live-action remakes of Disney movies in recent years. To name a few, there is Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin and even a Cinderella movie in 2015!
The remake this time, however, will not be based on the classic fairytale. The movie's details, plot, location and time period are still under wraps but we do know one thing: "[Cinderella] is an ambitious young woman whose dreams are bigger than the world will allow."
Sony Pictures announced on June 6 that the highly-anticipated film will be hitting theatres from Feb 5, 2021.
