There's Another Stairway To Heaven In Yogyakarta & We Are Adding It To Our Bucket List!

If you are looking for a new place to travel this June holiday, consider Yogyakarta (aka Jogya).

There is more to Indonesia than Bali and Batam and Yogyakarta is a good reason why we should give the city a chance. Though it's best known for their traditional arts and cultural heritage, many hippie cafes and instagrammable spots have popped up in recent years. One notable spot is this "Stairway to Heaven" located at Pintoe Langit Dahromo.

While the dreamy stairway may look similar to the ones in Vietnam and South Korea (where it is set in a cafe), this Stairway to Heaven in Yogyakarta has more to offer. You would be greeted by lush greenery when you walk up the stairs and depending on the time of visit and weather condition, photos would turn out differently.

Besides the dreamy stairway, there is also this grand piano that travellers must not miss.
