My Melody Café Set To Open In Singapore This Month!

If you are a My Melody fan, you'll be thrilled to know that the specialty themed cafe will be opening THIS MONTH and you can expect it to be a strawberry paradise (nothing less).

Besides being Hello Kitty's best friend, My Melody is often referred to as the little girl rabbit with the pink (or red) hood.

But seriously, don't you think it's about time? I wonder what took them so long to bring the San Rio character here to us... I mean.. even Gudetema (which San Rio debuted in 2013) have its own space here while My Melody have actually been around since 1975 (wow!). Though she is best known as Hello Kitty's best friend, its charm is undeniable.

Anyway, we are just glad that there's a place for her to shine at long last. AND WE ARE SO EXCITED!

Last week, My Melody started teasing Singaporeans on Facebook and here's a peep at it..

This is hot news. Just yesterday, they announced a pre-launch event where one lucky fan will be selected to join the café in their exclusive pre-launch event on 6 June.

Strawberry Paradise

My Melody Café will be stationed in Suntec City and would span over 665.22 square feet. The 38-seater café will be situated next to our Gudetama Café.

The curated menu would be designed by food stylist @littlemissbento, who also helped to design the menu at Gudetama Café.
