Local Celebrity Joanne Peh Making A Difference This 2018!
Joanne's one of the rare natural beauty in Singapore's media industry. Even without makeup, she's unashamed and she looks equally awesome. Beyond Joanne's good acting, we love her for the difference she is making. From fervently shielding her children from media eyes to publicly baring her naked face as a statement of natural beauty. What else has she been up to?
Joanne Peh is drawn to the arts and culture side. On her Instagram post, she mentioned, "I am no art expert but I love the energy that thinking, seeing and making art brings to me, and I would love for you to enjoy the process too!"
Her signature look is her no make up/ or minimum make up look. This is her endorsement for a drugstore brand and we approved. Sometimes, cheaper makeup can be awesome too! For students, we definitely recommend getting makeup from local Watsons or Guardians and don't use your food money on makeup!
She has a great heart to help children pursue their dreams and talents in becoming visual development artists, writers, set and sound designers. Something quite different from a regular tuition centre.
This year, together with Romeo and Jeffrey, Joanne has been busy filming for a new local TV drama, Say Cheese or in Chinese, Xi Gua Tian Bu Tian. Joanne Peh has won numerous awards from the Mediacorp's Star Awards, starting from Best Newcomer in 2004 to Best Actress in 2007,2009, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2015.

Her bright-coloured dress choice reflects her chirpy personality
She's authentic, "The reality is, budgets are getting smaller, scenes are simpler and hence filming less rigorous. While it was tough, it always brings back wonderful memories. #saycheese"
She medidates, "My secret to looking good is meditation. Because there is only so much you can do on the outside and if u feel none of that inside, it’ll show. Or at least I can tell when I look at someone so it becomes so important to me that my feelings are in sync."
She's very family-oriented, she doesn't mind getting dirty even on her face with her loved ones.

She's quirky. Instead of a regular cake, she asked for one slice from different cakes so she gets to try a variety of cakes. Sounds like a plan.

Back in 2013, she was appointed as the new spokesperson for Bella Skin Care. She was stoked and said, "I remembered when I was in school, I saw Bella's advertisements and wondered to myself what it would be like if I could try some of the treatments and look as beautiful as the celebrity spokesperson that they used at that time.'
