Planning a night in for a well-deserved self-care sesh? Here’s a fun virtual adventure you can embark on while enjoying a pampering face mask and matcha latte! MapleStorySEA has just kicked off its huge new CROWN Update with plenty to see and do: a gorgeous new forest-themed mage, dramatic class upgrades, wild illusion magic, desert survival missions, and giant cosmic bosses that are as fun to battle as they are to defeat.
Even if you haven’t logged into MapleStorySEA in years, this update might actually pull you back in. And if you’re totally new? Don’t panic! MapleStorySEA is making levelling faster, smoother, and way less intimidating.
Here’s 7 amazing new features coming to the game:
1. Meet Lynn, the magical forest guardian everyone’s about to fall in love with

Launching: 3 June 2026
The star of the CROWN Update is none other than Lynn, Child of the Forest. She’s a brand-new playable class from the Eternal Forest who fights alongside her three Spirit Guides: Pan, Penny, and Paean.
Cute names aside, Lynn is seriously powerful. As a Magician class built specially for party play, Lynn supports allies with healing, shields, teleport utilities, and final damage buffs, making her the ultimate supportive bestie during boss battles and team missions.
And if you’re planning to main her, there’s also a special growth event to help boost your journey:
Memories of the Tree of Life
Players can unlock powerful growth materials to fuel Lynn’s progression, while collecting exclusive Lynn-themed cosmetics along the way.
2. Two fan-favourite classes are getting major glow-ups
Launching: 3 June 2026
MapleStorySEA is also breathing new life into Kinesis and Wild Hunter with explosive remasters that make gameplay smoother, flashier, and way more satisfying.
Kinesis is entering his psychic prodigy era

Kinesis’ remaster removes the Psychic Point resource system completely, meaning less micromanaging and a much more streamlined combat flow.
Players can now focus on unleashing relentless telekinetic ultimate skills without constantly tracking resources. Plus, the refreshed monochromatic skill animations perfectly match the class’s sleek psychic aesthetic.
Wild Hunter is riding into battle faster than ever

Wild Hunter’s signature mounted combat also gets a huge overhaul, fighting alongside Asili with improved mobility, enhanced evasiveness, and a brand-new passive invincibility frame.
The updated skill animations also lean deeper into the class’s Resistance technology roots, delivering bold and hard-hitting visuals during combat.

To celebrate the remasters, newly created and existing Kinesis and Wild Hunter characters will receive a Hyper Burning Booster through the Primal Intuition event.
That means accelerated growth, exclusive themed cosmetics, and plenty of juicy rewards to help level up faster.
