All The Cute Pieces To Cop At Subdued's First Store In Singapore At Wheelock Place

Get ready for your casual, cool-girl era as Subdued has just landed in Singapore. Fans of the brand can now try on and shop their effortlessly stylish loungewear-esque pieces in store at Wheelock Place, opening today, 10 April. A second store will soon be unveiled in mid 2026!

For those unfamiliar with Subdued, it's an Italian fashion brand known for clothes that make one feel cute in a laid-back, I-just-threw-this-on way. True to their name, everything is restrained: neutral colours, relaxed silhouettes, and simple prints. But what makes their pieces so coveted is their nostalgic "cool teen girl" aesthetic. They might look simple and basic at first glance, but have flattering cuts and cutesy motifs like the brand's signature angel wings and stars.

The 135 square-metre store at Wheelock Place stocks the latest Subdued collections, including tees, sweatpants, skirts and denim.

Subdued's sizing is a little more inclusive than the typical one-size-fits-all vintage brands, with most designs stocked in three sizes from XS to M (UK6-10)

The store has six spacious changing rooms, but don't be alarmed by the communal mirror pictured below. There are mirrors inside the rooms too, so shoppers can comfortably try on pieces without stepping outside.

The first thing that caught our eye is the pearl grey Angel T-shirt ($39) with a baby pink Angel patch and flattering boat neckline.
